Terms
Terms for the beta-stage marketing site.
This page covers the current use of the marketing site and waitlist while the product is still in beta.
Scope
These terms apply to the Council of 5 marketing site (co5.ai), the beta user platform (app.co5.ai), and any operator-invited access during the beta phase.
By using the site, the platform, or accepting a beta invite, you agree to use them lawfully, to not interfere with the service or its security, and to not attempt to access data, accounts, or systems that were not explicitly granted to you.
Beta status
The Council of 5 platform is currently in personal-invite beta. Product functionality, analytical output, pricing, and access terms may change as the beta evolves.
Nothing here should be treated as a guarantee of product availability, uninterrupted access, or production readiness. There is no SLA during the beta.
The operator may modify, pause, or withdraw beta access at any time. In practice we will give reasonable notice to invited users before doing so.
Content, methodology, and limitations
The platform produces intelligence reports, sentiment scores, and recommended actions based on public content it observes and on LLM-generated analysis. These outputs are informational.
Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, or crisis-management advice for any specific situation. You are responsible for exercising judgment before taking any action based on what the platform surfaces.
To the extent permitted by law, the site and platform are provided as-is during this beta phase and may change without notice.
Data ownership and use
You retain ownership of the account information you provide and any configuration you set up (entity choices, preferences).
Analytical outputs derived from public content (scan reports, entity-level intelligence, aggregated mentions) are generated by the platform and are shared across all users who subscribe to a given entity. This is by design: the entity is the unit of analysis, not the account.
See the privacy notice for details on retention and deletion.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to monitor entities, individuals, or content for unlawful purposes. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
Do not share your account credentials with people outside your invited org. Beta access is per-user and per-org.
Termination
You can stop using the platform at any time. To have your account and associated data removed, contact support@co5.ai — we will run the removal process promptly during the beta.
The operator may terminate access at any time for violations of these terms or if operating the beta with the invited cohort becomes impractical.
Legal review status
These terms were last updated 2026-07-04. They are written by the product team and have not been formally reviewed by counsel. They will be replaced with a counsel-reviewed version before opening to non-invited users. If you have specific contractual requirements, contact support.
